RiskBase is a UK company developing a mobile application to help customers track and maintain fire compliance of buildings in the UK. RiskBase uses Monday CRM to manage its customers' entire lifecycle.

The starting point

RiskBase helps organizations meet the requirements of the Fire Safety Act and the UK Fire Safety Regulations. With its mobile app, it helps customers navigate a complex regulatory landscape.

The major challenge was the inefficiency of tracking the ever-increasing number of prospects from a variety of channels. The absence of a centralized platform made it difficult to trace the entire sales cycle: from initial contact to onboarding, via platform demo and ongoing customer account management.
