RiskBase is an English company that develops a mobile application helping its clients to monitor and maintain fire safety compliance for buildings in the United Kingdom. RiskBase uses Monday CRM to manage the entire lifecycle of its clients.

The starting point

RiskBase helps organizations comply with the requirements of the Fire Safety Act and UK fire safety regulations. Through its mobile application, it helps its clients navigate a complex regulatory landscape.

The major challenge lay in the inefficiency of tracking these leads, which were constantly growing in number and coming from various channels. The absence of a centralized platform made it difficult to track the entire sales cycle: from the very first contact to onboarding, including platform demos and ongoing client account management.
