The AMGT is in charge of major urban projects in the capital of Burkina Faso. Faced with the scale of its mission, the agency operated with a largely obsolete and fragmented IT infrastructure. Without a common server or unified collaborative tools, crucial project data was scattered across a multitude of computers and mobile devices, most often personal ones.

This decentralization represented a major double risk : the impossibility of ensuring an efficient work environment and the vulnerability of data security and sustainability. The information management was laborious ; key processes, such as tracking incoming and outgoing mail, relied on outdated Access databases or had no structured support.

Furthermore, the very nature of its field activities required data mobility that the existing infrastructure could not guarantee. On-site teams lacked real-time visibility, which hindered decision-making and coordination with headquarters.

Faced with these challenges, the AMGT decided to modernize its work tools. It was in this context that it mandated Axxun to deploy a unified and high-performing technological ecosystem, relying on Google Workspace and Monday.com solutions.

Axxun first deployed Google Workspace, thus laying the foundation for a modern and secure digital infrastructure. The agency thus benefited from a completely dematerialized, secure, and, above all, cross-platform work environment. Regardless of the device used (computer or mobile), data access, user experience, and security remain the same. Employees can now collaborate in real-time on documents, eliminating multiple versions and information loss.

Following this, Monday.com was implemented to optimize processes and project management.

Monday was used for digitize and structure their ISO Quality processes. Customized dashboards were created to track each step of the procedures, from registration to validation. This approach made it possible to ensure compliance, guarantee traceability of actions, and offer a clear vision.

Another priority was to centralize mail management – an essential need in the local context. Each piece of mail is now registered, assigned, and its tracking is automated until resolution and archiving.

Beyond these key processes, the use of Monday.com naturally extended to other aspects of AMGT's daily management.

The platform has become the central tool for project management (tasks, schedules, responsible person, etc.) and for HR management (time tracking, leave, expense reports, etc.).

AMGT was able to transform its way of working, moving from a fragmented and risky environment to a unified, secure, and high-performing ecosystem.
