AMGT is responsible for major urban projects in the capital of Burkina Faso. Faced with the scope of its mission, the agency was operating with a largely obsolete and fragmented IT infrastructure. With no common server or unified collaborative tools, crucial project data was scattered across a multitude of mostly personal computers and mobile devices.

This decentralization posed two major risks: the inability to ensure an efficient working environment, and the vulnerability of data security and continuity. Information management was laborious; key processes, such as tracking incoming and outgoing mail, relied on outdated Access databases or had no structured support.

What's more, the very nature of its field activities demanded data mobility that the existing infrastructure could not guarantee. On-site teams lacked real-time visibility, which hampered decision-making and coordination with headquarters.

Faced with these challenges, the AMGT decided to modernize its work tools. With this in mind, it commissioned Axxun to deploy a unified, high-performance technological ecosystem, based on solutions from Google Workspace and Monday.com.

Axxun first deployed Google Workspace, laying the foundation for a modern, secure digital infrastructure. The agency benefited from a completely paperless, secure and, above all, cross-platform working environment. Regardless of the device used (computer or mobile), data access, user experience and security remain the same. Employees can now collaborate on documents in real time, eliminating multiple versions and loss of information.

As a result, Monday.com was set up to optimize processes and project management.

Monday was used to digitize and structure their ISO Quality processes. Customized tables were created to track each stage of the procedures, from registration to validation. This approach guaranteed compliance, ensured traceability of actions and provided a clear vision.

Another priority was to centralize mail management - an essential requirement in the local context. All mail is now registered, assigned and tracked automatically through to resolution and archiving.

Beyond these key processes, the use of Monday.com has naturally extended to other aspects of the AMGT's day-to-day management.

The platform has become the central tool for project management (tasks, deadlines, person in charge, etc.) and HR management (stamping, leave, expense reports, etc.).

AMGT has been able to transform its way of working, moving from a fragmented and risky environment to a unified, secure and high-performance ecosystem.
